In 2023 we became industry leaders by partnering with AccessAble, a specialist provider of Accessibility Guides. Their trained surveyors conducted a mixture of in-person and remotely-guided accessibility surveys in hotels from TUI’s portfolio.
The results of these assessments have so far produced 300+ Detailed Access Guides, which are shared with TUI Partners, colleagues, and customers. There has been a huge increase in new users to the AccessAble’ s website and by May 2025, these guide views exceeded 500,000 which is incredible.

We continue to visit units and create Detailed Access Guides, found in our accessibility filter when searching for a holiday. We continue our unwavering objective to make holidays easy for everyone, whatever their needs.
Hotel accessibility varies hugely across units and, with help from our partner AccessAble, we share a guide to help make a unit more accessible.
