QUALITY AS THE KEY TO SUCCESS

Customer feedback is a critical indicator to satisfaction. After returning from their trip the lead booker receives a link to complete an online survey either via email or directly in the TUI app. The feedback from these guest surveys provide us with important information about customer satisfaction – from the holiday overall, booking experience, service and flight, and, of course, the hotel. We receive valuable feedback from TUI customers, so, together with you, our hotel partners, we can act on this feedback, assess results and develop quality improvement plans.

As well as identifying areas for improvement, we use these results to recognize and celebrate the highest scoring hotels in the programme, awarding the best hotels with a TUI Global Hotel Awards.

To ensure transparency, feedback may be published on our websites, allowing customers to select the product most suited to them before booking.

The TUI Partner Portal (TPP) includes a quality section, allowing hotel partners direct access to their CSQ results. If you do not have access to TPP yet, please contact your responsible QAC.
