TUI’s Product Quality Department supports our hotel partners, and ultimately our mutual guests, with the following activities:
- Monitoring CSQ data (Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire), complaints and guest feedback
- Informing our hotel partners of any deficiencies and finding joint solutions
- Documenting and monitoring building work for maximum customer transparency
- Organizing improvement measures and training
