TUI Global Hotel Awards 2026
The TUI Global Hotel Awards is an annual award ceremony where TUI Group, on behalf of its more than 20 million guests worldwide, recognize and celebrate the hotels in its portfolio which have delivered outstanding service and quality during the past year.
Here is more information about the categories awarded at the TUI Global Hotel Awards 2026.
For the 2026 edition, we are excited to introduce new award categories, including several dedicated lifestyle categories and updated geographic areas. These additions reflect our commitment to showcase the evolving preferences of travellers, make the awards even more relevant and meaningful for our partners and mutual guests, and showcase the breadth of amazing experiences our hotel partners and their teams provide. By updating the award show, we aim to recognize a broader range of excellence across the hospitality industry, ensuring that outstanding achievements are properly highlighted.
There are 22 categories in total, 20 of which are based on the feedback given by our mutual guests. The winners are selected through careful evaluation of feedback provided by TUI hotel guests. Their opinions and assessments determine the honourees exclusively as the TUI Global Hotel Awards aims to reflect the satisfaction and acknowledgment of those who have directly experienced the service and quality delivered at each hotel.
The remaining 2 categories are based on careful evaluation by subject matter experts. This applies to the Sustainability Award and the Lifetime Achievement Award.
Out of more than 13.000 hotels in TUI’s portfolio, only the very best are eligible for a TUI Global Hotel Award. We are immensely proud to collaborate with our outstanding partners, whose dedication and commitment help us create exceptional travel experiences for our mutual guests around the world.

TUI Global Hotel Awards 2026 | Quality Winners
As part of the TUI Global Hotel Awards, we proudly celebrate our Quality Winners for their unwavering commitment to the highest quality standards. Criteria for the 2026 TUI Global Hotel Awards
October 1st 2024, until September 30th 2025 marks the period under review for the TUI Global Hotel Awards 2026.
Minimum CSQ feedback:
After returning from a TUI holiday, our guests have the option of providing feedback on every part of their holiday, including their hotel experience. These Customer Satisfaction Questionnaires (CSQs) are what the winners of the TUI Global Hotel Awards are based on. In order to be included in the selection process and eligible for an award, each hotel must attain a minimum accommodation score that is within the top 10% of TUI’s global program to be evaluated. The best performing hotels will then be considered for an award.
Certification:
To be eligible for a TUI Global Hotel Award, the hotel must have held a valid sustainability certification for the majority of, or at the end of, the period under review.

When will winners be informed?
Once all CSQs are in, TUI will review the top performing hotels in terms of service and quality. Hotel partners in the Top 100 and Quality winners will be contacted directly and a list will be published here on TUIPartners.com. Finalists will also be invited to the awards ceremony in Berlin, where the category winners will be announced.
How can I win a TUI Global Hotel Award?
TUI Global Hotel Awards are based on customer feedback. To be eligible for an award a hotel must meet the minimum criteria, outlined above in the ‘criteria section’. Encouraging customers to complete their TUI feedback questionnaires after their holiday, and continuing to deliver a fantastic hotel experience, will increase a partners chances of being eligible for an award.
Why has the period under review changed this year?
The review period was adjusted to ensure that the awards reflect the most recent and relevant guest feedback. This change allows for a more accurate assessment of performance and guarantees that recognition is based on up-to-date data.
The CSQ scale was changed in 2025, which scoring system is used for the TUI Global Hotel Awards?
For the 2026 awards, we are using the 10-point scale to review CSQ scores, as this was the standard applied during the evaluation period.
Why has the CSQ scale changed?
The CSQ scale was updated in 2025 to align with industry best practices and provide a more precise measurement of customer satisfaction. The change ensures greater consistency and comparability across markets and improves the ability to identify areas for improvement.
Why have new categories been added to the awards this year?
The introduction of new categories aims to capture the hotel experiences that our guests value the most. They also enable us to celebrate a wider range of achievements and showcasing the diverse strengths of our hotel partners.
Where will the ceremony be held?
The ceremony will be held on March 2nd, in Berlin at the Gasometer, EUREF-Campus 3, 10829 Berlin
I will not attend; how will I receive my certificate?
If you are among the Top 100, a quality winner or a category winner your certificate will be sent to you shortly after the event.
