Your first-level support for all questions relating to quality is your Quality Assurance Coordinator (QAC). The QAC might be based in the destination or supporting remotely from a nearby destination to ensure effective collaboration with you as our hotel partner. Their main responsibilities include:

1. Quality Improvement Support:

  • Developing quality improvement plans for hotels
  • Assisting in the implementation of these plans
  • Providing advice and guidance throughout the improvement process

 

2. ​Construction Work Management:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for hoteliers to report any construction work in and outside of the hotel
  • Monitoring ongoing construction activities
  • Regularly reporting on the progress of construction measures

 

The local presence of the QAC allows for direct and immediate interaction with our hotel partners. This proximity not only fosters a deeper understanding of each hotel’s specific challenges but also enables quick responses to emerging issues. Through close collaboration, quality standards can be effectively implemented and construction activities can be closely monitored. This significantly contributes to improving the guest experience constantly and increases satisfaction for all parties involved.
