The TUI Global Hotel Awards is an annual award ceremony where TUI Group, on behalf of its more than 20 million guests worldwide, recognize and celebrate the hotels in its portfolio which have delivered outstanding service and quality during the past year.
The winners are selected through careful evaluation of feedback provided by TUI hotel guests. Their opinions and assessments determine the honorees exclusively, as the TUI Global Hotel Awards aims to reflect the satisfaction and acknowledgment of those who have directly experienced the service and quality delivered at each hotel.

Criteria for the 2025 TUI Global Hotel Awards
Minimum CSQ feedback:
After returning from a TUI holiday, our guests have the option of providing feedback on every part of their holiday experience, including their hotel stay. These Customer Satisfaction Questionnaires (CSQs) are what the winners of the TUI Global Hotel Awards are based on. In order to be included in the selection process and eligible for an award, each hotel must attain a minimum accommodation score that is within the top 10% of TUI´s global program to be evaluated. The best performing hotels will then be considered for an award.
Customers travelling during the W23/24 season & S24 season marks the period under review for the TUI Global Hotel Awards 2025.
Certification:
All eligible hotels should either be certified to a GSTC-recognised standard, e.g. Travelife, or have committed to being certified by October 2024.

When will winners be informed?
Once all CSQs are in, TUI will review the top performing hotels in terms of service and quality and announce TUI Global Hotel Awards Top 100. Hotel partners in the Top 100 will be contacted directly and a list will be published here on TUIPartners.com. Finalists will also be invited to the awards ceremony in Berlin.
How can I win a TUI Global Hotel Award?
TUI Global Hotel Awards are based on customer feedback. To be eligible for an award a hotel must meet the minimum criteria, outlined above in the ‘criteria section’. Encouraging customers to complete their TUI feedback questionnaires after their holiday, and continuing to deliver a fantastic hotel experience, will increase a partners chances of being eligible for an award hotel partners.
Additional Special Awards might be presented every year to honour outstanding achievements.
