    We recently experienced significant operational disruption to some parts of our programme across different markets, due to a combination of ongoing factors within our airline. As a result, our mutual customers experienced some flight delays and cancellations, and we appreciate how difficult this is for them and our hotel partners.

    Due to the amount of disruption to our UK operation at Manchester Airport, and in order to provide stability and a better customer service at Manchester Airport to our customers, we have made the incredibly difficult decision to cancel six flights a day, from Tuesday 31st May until Thursday 30th June to some destinations.

    We have contacted hotel partners in destinations impacted by these changes to our programme. All other flights from airports in the UK and across other markets are planned to operate as normal, this decision is for Manchester Airport only.

    We would also like to reassure you that we are doing everything possible to retain our mutual customers and minimise the impact on them as much as possible.

    Our dedicated customer service team are contacting customers to advise of the flight cancellation and supporting them in rebooking. We will also continue to support our customers experiencing disruption at other airports updated on revised travel schedules and provide direct help for those with longer delays at the airport.

    Our colleagues in destination will keep our hotel partners updated with the latest situation.  We shall also provide regular updates on TUIPartners.com.  If you have any specific questions, please speak to your local TUI contact in destination or your purchasing manager.

    We appreciate our hotel partners have been  looking after customers who may have been delayed in destination as well as providing a warm welcome to arriving customers, who may have been delayed on their outward journey.

    We will continue to work closely with all our airport partners and suppliers across the world so we can provide the best possible holiday experience for our customers.
